Close to the Bethany Beach sidewalk and playground. Walking distance to the beach, less than 1 mile to the sand. 2 TVs, 1 DVD & 1 VCR available. Central air. Front deck and rear screened porch. Charcoal grill. Out side shower. No pets allowed, no smoking allowed.
The recreation fee for using the community amenities for is $20/person/week or $6/person/day or $ $160/person/season (rates for 2010 season).
This property is located in Town of Bethany Beach and there is a 6% rental tax in Town of Bethany Beach. You will also be eligible for parking permits for downtown Bethany Beach and please bring extra cash or check at check in for deposit of such parking permits. Thanks.
